Design and integration of unmanned systems
We offer comprehensive design and development of unmanned systems (UAVs), including conceptual, mechanical and electrical phases. Using industrial-grade CAD tools (CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX), we create optimised designs, integrate sensory systems and test prototypes. We support development from lightweight observation platforms to complex drones with specialised applications.
Prototypes, aircraft structures, auxiliary systems
We specialise in the development of aerospace structures and components in accordance with EASA and defence industry requirements. We are involved in 3D modelling (CATIA, NX), load and vibration analysis (ANSYS), as well as the creation of technical documentation in accordance with aviation standards. We also carry out adaptations and upgrades to structures based on field and operational test data.
Assistance systems (ADAS), sensors, functional tests
We develop and integrate components for driver assistance systems (ADAS), including radar sensors, LIDAR, cameras and ECUs. We design assembly components and support structures according to automotive requirements. Our processes include functional simulations (Matlab), structural analyses (ANSYS) and the design of complex details in the CATIA/NX environment.
Development of mechatronic components and avionics
We design mechanical, electronic and sensory system components for aerospace, UAV and automotive applications. We use CATIA and NX for geometry and mechanical interface design, ANSYS for thermal and structural analysis, and Matlab/Maple for control and simulation algorithms. We design with reliability, compatibility and scalability in mind.
CFD simulations, environmental analyses, wind tunnels
We carry out advanced engineering research and testing in aerodynamics, thermal and material strength. We carry out CFD simulations (ANSYS Fluent, CFX), analyse flows, heat dissipation and the resistance of components to environmental conditions. We collaborate with wind tunnels and offer support in the preparation of test campaigns for certification and product development.
